Our done with you service includes us sourcing the property deals for you. This is suitable for a more experienced investor who has the time and knowledge to purchase and manage any refurbishment works etc.
JOINT VENTURE
This is the opportunity to work with us on larger projects for a higher return. Joint venture is ideal for investors who have more cash readily available and are looking for a percentage split of profits or a high interest rate return (we beat the banks!). We purchase properties in poor condition, refurbish them and then either sell or launch the appropriate exit strategy (e.g. HMO, buy-to-let, serviced accommodation, tenant buyer etc.).
DONE FOR YOU
Our done for you service includes us sourcing the property, managing the purchase, taking care of refurbishment works and finalising the income stream (e.g. placing a tenant in the property if it is buy-to-let). We hand you the keys to your investment property once completed. This is a totally hands off approach for the investor and is designed for people who may not have the time or knowledge of how to set this up.
